Patrice Lockart, District 26:
Patrice Schwarz Lockart, a lifelong Village of Colonie resident, is serving her third term representing the Albany County Legislature’s 26th District. Patrice also proudly represents the Village of Colonie as a member of its Board of Trustees.
Patrice is a retired member of the Colonie Police Department, with 34 years of service. She worked as the Victim Specialist for the Colonie Police Department and partnered extensively with various Town, County and State agencies to assist youth, families, elderly, and other vulnerable populations.
Patrice has been the recipient of several recognitions, most notably the United States Department of Justice/US Attorney’s Office Spirit of Justice Award and from the Colonie Police Benevolent Association for her work with and dedication to the community.
