Kim Cuva, Town Receiver of Taxes:
Kim is a lifelong Colonie resident and grew up in the Maplewood neighborhood where her parents owned and operated Spiak’s Restaurant. Her involvement in the family business taught her the value of hard work and customer service.
Kim is dedicated to maintaining the quality of life in the Town on both her personal time and at her job. She has been an active member of Sidewalk warriors of Troy and St Basil’s Church of Maplewood. She also supports numerous community events.
Today, Kim brings over 20 years’ experience to the Town Receiver of Taxes office and was recently appointed By Town of Colonie Supervisor Peter Crummey and in a bipartisan show of support, unanimously approved by the Town Board.
